Making Contact Detail Changes on Arbor
If you need to make any changes to your contact details, these can be made on Arbor.
- Log onto your child/children’s Arbor account
- Select view pupil profile
This section will allow you to amend contact details such as phone numbers, home address, email address, medical conditions and dietary requirements. Photo and Food Tasting consent can also be given in this section of Arbor.
Information that can be edited is marked by an arrow at the right hand side of the line that the information is on. Simply click anywhere in the line and an editing pane will slide out.
After making your required changes, please ensure you press save.
This will automatically update on Arbor.
